Return & Exchange Policy

At GloKroy, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple Return & Exchange Policy to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

By placing an order on glokroy.com, you agree to the terms below.


1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product has manufacturing defects
  • The product is incomplete or missing parts
  • The size/color differs from your order (where applicable)

Requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.


2. Conditions for Return

To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging
  • With tags, labels, invoice, and accessories intact
  • Free from customer-caused damage

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return or exchange:

  • Innerwear or hygiene-sensitive items

  • Digital products or downloadable items
  • Clearance / final sale items

4. Exchange Process

If your exchange request is approved:

  • We will arrange replacement based on stock availability
  • If the same item is unavailable, you may choose another product or store credit
  • Price differences may apply for alternate products

5. Refund Policy

If a return is approved and exchange is not possible:

  • Refunds may be processed via original payment method, mobile banking, bank transfer, or store credit
  • Refund processing time may take 7 to 15 business days depending on payment provider

Delivery charges may be non-refundable unless the error was from our side.


6. Return Shipping

  • If the issue was caused by GloKroy (wrong, defective, damaged item), return shipping may be covered by us
  • If the return is due to customer preference, return shipping charges may apply

7. How to Request Return or Exchange

Please contact our support team with:

  • Order number
  • Product name
  • Reason for return/exchange
  • Photos or video proof (if damaged/wrong item)

8. Right to Refuse

GloKroy reserves the right to refuse fraudulent, abusive, or policy-violating return requests.
